    申请信息表AIF

    什么是AIF?

    Admission Information Form(AIF)是一个线上表格,包括一些简单的问题,帮助滑大的录取委员会了解更多关于学生的信息。
    申请数学院、工程学院的所有专业包括建筑、计算与金融管理等专业要求学生必须填写提交AIF,其它专业的录取也强烈建议学生完成。

    如何提交AIF?

    创建QUEST账户--线上学生信息系统;
    创建QUEST账户并设置登录密码之后,你可以登录QUEST系统,并在截止日期之前完成所有的问题。
    a. 不能从移动设备填写AIF;
    b. 可以观看如何填写AIF的视频(文末);
    c. 我们官网的分步骤视频截图也可以引导你完成整个过程;
    d. 提示:在QUEST填写完成之后,请一定要在每一页点击 “提交” (submit)
    我们建议你提前准备好答案以方便你在提交以前检查拼写、标点、语法等。
    可以查阅有关AIF的常见问题及解答。

    提交AIF的截止日期

    除以下三个专业之外的所有本科专业:2021年2月19日
    CAP:2021年3月1日
    Optometry:2020年10月26日
    Pharmacy: 2021年1月25日

    建议学生尽早提交AIF。错过以上截止日期提交的AIF将不会被审理。

    Sample questions

    你不需要在AIF中写个人陈述,只需要简单的回答问题就可以,如:
    你参加过什么课外活动?你学到了什么?
    你是否在校外修课?为什么?
    你在志愿者活动中学到了什么?
    如果你申请数学、工程、理科或者计算机科学专业,你是否参加过我们的数学或者理科类的竞赛?

    强烈建议学生完成AIF。
    强化学生的申请
    学生在AIF的回复会有助于学生的申请,尤其是学生的成绩在接近录取边缘的情况下。全面发展的学生通常会更有优势,滑大在评估学生的申请时会考虑学生的课外活动。
    Co-op带薪实习
    在完成这个表格的时候,学生几乎完成了一个为co-op实习或者数字工作机会的出色的个人建立。个人的工作经历、志愿者活动以及其它的个人成就都是近乎于将来学生放到个人简历中的内容。

    奖学金
    滑大也将会根据表格中的信息来决定500多个奖学金的发放。完成AIF表格,学生将有机会获得额外的奖学金。
