往年美国研究生商学院面试鸡精！
美国研究生申请分为硬实力和软实力评估，硬实力占在65%-70%的比重，软实力占在30%-35%的比重，
下面简单介绍一下申请的要求哦（如下图）。
毋庸置疑，硬实力占比是非常重要的。关于软实力，就是体现每个人个性化差异的部分啦，也是招生官非常看重的部分。PS是个人陈述，主要讲述一个学生的个人经历、大学期间的学习和实践活动、为什么申请某美国院校以及专业等等；EASSAY是小论文，主要是商学院会问的一些专业或职业规划的问题；CV是个人简历，主要是让招生官一目了然了解学生的基本情况和信息；RL是推荐信，是第三方的角度证明自己的优秀和适合。
面试部分，现在非常多的学院会安排面试，尤其是TOP50大学的商学院，非常喜欢安排优秀学生面试，因为商学院最最看中申请者的口语表达能力，其次是确认一下文书内容的真实性，学生的实习和交流等活动是不是真实存在的、有没有一些比较深刻的心得体会等等~ 一般能拿到面试通知的学生都是招生官非常青睐的学生啦，只是最终的doublt check，所以口语好、心态好的学生，一般面试结束之后就可以拿到offer咯~ 奖学金的程度有时候也取决于面试的表现哦(｡･∀･)ﾉﾞ
