在澳洲感染新冠怎么办？
如果你感到不适，出现了感染新冠的症状。你需要电话联系你的GP（全科医生）或是直接拨打24小时国家帮助热线1800 022 222，告知对方你怀疑自己感染新冠，再根据对方的指引进行下一步的检测和必要情况下的治疗。 根据各州卫生局公布的信息，我们汇总了目前各州定点检测和收治新冠病例的医院，大家有需要也可以尝试直接联系这些医院获得帮助。
西澳

塔州目前关于新冠定点医院的信息如下：
Four respiratory clinics have been opened in Tasmania to help meet the demand for COVID-19 testing. The clinics are located in Hobart, Launceston, Burnie and Latrobe.
These clinics are not open for walk-up testing. Anyone who thinks they may need testing should first contact the Public Health Hotline on 1800 671 738. Your GP can also refer you to the clinic, as long as they have assessed you as a patient and determined that you require testing. If seeing your GP, you MUST call ahead and mention your symptoms and any travel details.After being referred to the clinic, patients will be assessed and tested by a nurse. You must then return home to quarantine until they have been told their test result. Results will usually be available within 24 hours.

拥有Allianz海外学生保险OSHC的同学萌可以直接使用软件视频医生哦软件名字叫做——Doctors on Demand
记得要绑定Policy Number可以免费看病的哟
然后就可以按See a Doctor预约医生啦在线可以就诊的医生会列在里面的哈
方法二
如果不是安联的海外学生保险，或者更想见到祖国的医生，可以使用马爸爸旗下的阿里健康在线咨询哦～
方法如下所示（北京时间8:30-24:00）首先，支付宝首页搜索关键词：“科学防疫”
另外京东集团旗下京东健康推出“全球免费健康咨询平台”，面向身处海外的广大同胞提供免费在线问诊和心理疏导服务。该平台为中英双语，方便海外华人使用。
使用方法：打开京东APP,在搜索框搜索“海外问诊”或“全球抗疫”即可进入活动页面。
海外留学生保险可以保新冠病毒的检测和治疗吗？
根据目前政府公布的信息以及我们从保险合作方Allianz处得到的消息，关于本次新冠病毒的检测和治疗都可以按照正常程序申报保险，赔付的额度也和正常标准相同。
外科植入的假体（详情参照澳洲政府卫生部的植入物列表）100%赔付；
救护车服务（当需要入院治疗时）；需要紧急治疗时，100%的载送费。
*MBS（医疗费用报销列表）是政府根据医疗服务类别的不同分别规定的最高报销额度，实际治疗的费用可能会超过列表上的规定额度。
所以综上，如果你有OSHC，那么最划算的还是选择公立医院进行治疗。
关于保险的其他问题
我决定不再回澳洲了，可以取消OSHC吗？
可以。学生可以联系你的保险公司申请取消和退款。
由于新冠疫情禁令导致我无法回到澳大利亚继续学业，我可以申请为我的保险改期吗？
可以。学生可以在与就读院校确定新的学习时间后，联系保险公司申请改期。申请改期的次数不限。
OSHC有等待期吗？
有。如果在你入境澳洲或保险生效前（取时间点晚者）就患有某些疾病，那么你可能需要经过等待期才可享受福利。具体规定如下：
