While my undergraduate major was in Labor and Social Security, there is significant overlap with HRM. To deepen my theoretical understanding, I took elective courses in Human Resource Management and Salary Administration, achieving commendable grades. These courses revealed that HRM extends beyond recruitment to encompass training, performance evaluation, compensation and benefits, and employee relations. This realization solidified my determination to pursue advanced studies in HRM and to develop a career in this field.

I discussed how rapid advancements in internet technology are shaping HRM practices and theories, earning positive feedback from my professor. This experience deepened my understanding of HRM and highlighted the importance of integrating organizational behavior, leadership, motivation, and international HRM theories into practice.
