渥太华卡尔顿教育局（OCDSB）有以下新变化-新东方前途出国

1. The biggest change is that students who are applying for grade 12 to graduate will need to complete an IELTS test and score 5.0. This is only for grade 12 applications and the rest of our application procedure remains same. 申请12年级的学生需要总分5.0的IELTS成绩，申请其他年级的学生要求不变； 

2. We have an app where students can find useful information in Chinese on before or at their arrival. Please download the app "Ottawa Arrival" on your phone and check it out. And please encourage your students to download it. 请通知已经确认入读渥太华-卡尔顿的学生及家长下载"Ottawa Arrival"软件到手机上，方便查询学校相关信息； 

3. Currently Glebe, Lisgar and Nepean are full for the September 2019 entry but they are available for the February 2020 entry. You can send us new applications for February 2020 entry now. 

Glebe, Lisgar 和Nepean 2019/9入学的位置已满，目前可申请2020/2入学； 

4. For the following schools, students must be living within the school's attendance boundary area.
Lisgar, Nepean, Earl of March, Colonel By, Sir Robert Borden, and Longfields-Davidson Heights 

申请Lisgar, Nepean, Earl of March, Colonel By, Sir Robert Borden, and Longfields-Davidson Heights的学生，住址必须在学区范围内；

5. Our Summer Credit Program is growing and we encourage you to recommend your students who have a low English language skill (new as well as existing students) to apply for this program. 

鼓励学生参加学校的暑期学分课程，提高学生英语水平；

6. We piloted March Break Program this March and it was successful. Please recommend your students to join next year. Specially for students who start school in February, it would be really helpful for spending their time valuable during March Break. 

今年March Break Program比较成功，可以推荐学生参加，特别是2月份入学的学生。
