工作概述 Job Overview
To support Senior Regional Manager, ONCAMPUS to deliver enrolment targets forONCAMPUS centres in North China through partner agencies, institutions and other recruitment channels.
The Regional Manager (RM) will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a selected network of recruitment channels which will involve extensive travelling within the North China. Signing up and training new agents as well as re-activating dormant agents is an important part of the role. The successful candidate will take a pro-active role in follow-up and conversion of students applying for academic programmes at ONCAMPUS centres and will work closely with admissions in achieving this goal.

岗位职责 Key Responsibilities and Capabilities
- Manage relationships with a network of key North China based agents to meet student recruitment targets.
- New business development: research and appoint new agents in North China.
- Provide training to key agents and counsellors through regular visits and training sessions.
- Support key agents in promotional activities including Fairs, Exhibitions and interview days.
- Support agent and student visits to ONCAMPUS centres.
- Collaborate with the wider Sales and Admissions teams to follow up enquiries and applications to convert and recruit new students.
- Take a lead on follow-up activities to ensure high application to enrolment conversion rate, one of the key priorities for this role.
- Work closely with the ONCAMPUS Marketing team to ensure that the sales tools to promote ONCAMPUS are available, impactful and effective for North China market.
- Deliver regular reports on sales and marketing activity and forecasts to the Senior Regional manager.
- Monitor and report back on market and competitor developments and trends to inform Senior Regional Manager and marketing strategy and the development of the ONCAMPUS business.

- ONCAMPUS yield (NRAC) against defined regional targets.
- Conversion rates for ONCAMPUS across Centre.

Essential Requirements
- A university degree- fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and experience of dealing directly with a wide variety of people.

Desirable Requirements
- Experience in the international education sector.
