你们好！这是来自南澳大利亚的问候，我们衷心希望你们都平安无恙。我们很开心终于可以欢迎新的国际学生来到澳大利亚。我们很高兴地看到，大量的国际学生已经克服了签证、疫苗接种和航班的挑战，准备与我们一起迎接新学年的开始。

Dear students:

Greetings from South Australia. We hope that you are all safe and well.We are excited to be finally welcoming new international students onshore. We are pleased to advise that a high number of international students have navigated the challenges of getting visas, vaccinations, and flights ready to be with us for the start of the new school year.

你们可能已经知道了，（南澳州）教育部已为在校生包括学前班制定了2022年第一学期前两周的返校计划。该计划是州教育部与南澳大利亚州卫生部门合作制定的，旨在平衡每个学生的学习权利与安全和风险管理问题。

As you may already be aware, the Department for Education has developed a staged return to school and preschool for the first 2 weeks of Term 1, 2022. This plan has been developed in partnership with SA Health and attempts to balance every student’s learning entitlement with safety and risk management concerns.

我们将优先为1年级、2年级、7年级、8年级和12年级的学生提供线下面对面教学。3年级、4年级、5年级、6年级、9年级、10年级和11年级的学生将在第一学期的前两周在线学习。按计划，最终所有年级都将回到学校，即在2022年2月14日星期一开始线下面对面学习。

We have prioritised face-to-face learning for students in reception, Years 1, 2, 7, 8 and 12. Students in Years 3, 4, 5, 6, 9, 10 and 11 will learn online during the first 2 weeks of Term 1.

All year levels are planned to be back in school, learning face-to-face on Monday 14 February 2022.

我们一直在关注政府最新发布的Covid目前情况下学生分期返校的决定，并考虑如何在此背景下为我们新入学的学生和老在校生提供支持和帮助。

We have been working through the latest Covid announcements regarding a staged return to school and have considered how our newly arrived student cohort, along with our continuing students will be supported within this context.

已在澳洲境内的学生将按其所对应的年级分期返校。学校会充分考虑学生的个人情况，以在这段时间内最好地管理他们的学习需求和各项福利。有些学生可能会需要额外的支持或帮助，对此我们会给与额外的帮助，学校也会根据不同学生的不同要求进行管理。

Students who have been onshore (our continuing cohort) will be included in arrangements for their year level and schools are asked to consider students’ individual circumstances to best manage their academic needs and well-being during this time. There may be some students who would benefit from additional support or contact. Schools will manage this on a case-by-case basis.

对于那些刚到南澳大利亚的学生，除安排他们按照相应的年级对应相应的日期开学外，我们还将为他们提供额外帮助和支持，以确保他们顺利过渡到登陆澳州新学习的开始。

For those students who are newly arrived in South Australia, whilst they will also be included in arrangements for their year level, they will need additional support from their schools to ensure a smooth transition to the commencement of their onshore studies.

我们会为这些学生安排以下但不限于以下的入学帮助：

办理到校注册并领取必要的学习用具和（电子）设备；
帮助学生调试网上链接；
定期与学生和寄宿家庭保持联系；
帮助新老留学生建立联系；

我们知道有些留学生的寄宿家庭属于新冠疫情下必须工作的人员，而这些学生可能需要上学。针对这种情况，学校将直接与寄宿家庭联系，以确定学生的安排。

This cohort will require a structured orientation program which could include, but is not limited to:

a school visit to finalise their enrolment and collect necessary equipment, including devices；
assistance with establishing online connections；
regular check-ins with the student and homestay family；
connecting new enrolments with current international students；

We do acknowledge that there are some students living with homestays who are classified as essential workers and these students may need to attend school. Schools will be liaising directly with homestay families to confirm the arrangements for their students.
