Upper Division (2:1) or its international equivalent. We will consider graduates of all disciplines. In certain instances we will also consider applicants with a degree result of 2:2 (or equivalent). This may be the case if an applicant has relevant professional experience (please see below) or if their undergraduate degree is in a subject relevant to HRD such as (but not restricted to) Human Resource Management/Development, Education, Social Science, Politics, International Relations or Political Science, Economics, Public Administration, Development Studies, Gender Studies, Sociology, Business, History, Geography, Engineering.IELTS test score of 6.5 or more overall, with a minimum writing score of 6.5 and no other subsection below 6.0
专业二：MSc Human Resource Management (International Development)

Admission of candidates who do not meet this criterion may be approved if satisfactory evidence of postgraduate study, research or professional experience can be provided. IELTS test score of 6.5 or more overall, with a minimum writing score of 6.5 and no other subsection below 6.0
