Last week, the TKA Varsity Boys' Swimming Team delivered the first Palm Beach County Championship. Our Swimming Team includes one of our international students, Karthus Huang, who helped the team break the 200 free relay record.

The TKA Swimming Team also has one very accomplished swimmer in Josh Zuchowski. He is only one of only eleven 9th graders in the States to receive All-American status in swimming. He recently shattered a two decades old record set by 5-time Olympic Gold Medalist, Aaron Peirsol. Swimming a time of 2:00.97 in the 200 backstroke at the Spring International Championships held in Clearwater, Florida. Zuchowski can now direct his focus to preparing for the Olympic Trials in 2020 with a spot on the U.S. Olympic Mens' Swimming Team at stake.

The King's Academy Athletic Department strives to use 'excellence in athletics' to have eternal impact on its student-athletes. A member of the Florida High School Athletic Association, the 'Lions' have claimed 122 district titles, 40 regional titles, and 11 state championships. Student-athletes at The King's Academy have gone on to successful collegiate athletic careers at some of the most accomplished universities in the country as well as professional athletic careers in baseball, basketball, football, soccer, and volleyball. The campus features facilities that would rival many small colleges; these facilities include the Loveland Athletic Center, Kahlert Stadium, the TKA Track & Field Stadium, and the Full-Page Aquatics Center.
