申请荷兰博士，面试可能才是申请者容易出错的地方，很可能一下子就OVER了。根据我的经验和教训成篇，全部原创，个人感觉适用于大部分专业，应该准备下列的话题：
补充一点：对于在荷兰面试或者去其他国家面试，只要把下列的话题准备再详细一些，再加上一个好的work presentation就OK了。
一天准备回答足够了，但还是要多练习几次，不然到时他问你这些你也不一定回答出来。
记住要有礼貌，这个是要修养的，不是两天三天就能准备好的。

are you willing to apply for your own funding?最好不要说死吧，即使你很想走AIO。含蓄一些，加上我的回答：
I can apply the scholarship from China Scholarship Council, but I have to get your offer to apply for it. This scholarship can provide the living spendings for 3 to 4 years, with 1000 Europeans per month.But if apply for it,I will go back immediately after I got the degree and I will not be allowed to do post doctorial abroad. Because I want to work on scientific research and I strongly argue that a post doctorial experience abroad is a good training for being a scientist, and there is no doubt that I will do better in scientific field if have a post doctorial experience abroad,so your offer will benefit me a lot.(一天以后我会删掉这个回答，所以不要太雷同啊)

do you have any other questions? 记住，你可以问问题的，但是记住尽量往科研上靠，可以稍微谈一下你对他的科研课题的idea，不要谈多了或者没谈好反而不好。如果你没有把握或者非常想去他那，可以拿CSC震他一下，当然前提是你愿意申请CSC 并且愿意四年就回国，因为我的专业的特殊性，在国外只读完博士还是回国不好找工作，再加上我跟我的硕士老板在我出国而不留下来的意见不统一，因此我破釜沉舟，没有考虑CSC。。。当然有些专业在国外拿到博士学位的回国就能大有前途的我到时建议走CSC，毕竟走CSC能申请到大牛的几率不会低于(只会高于或者等于)走AIO或者OIO申请大牛，而且国家派出去以后回国找工作不会不管你们，毕竟也是有国家公费留学的光环。
但是提醒一下，一些比较好的研究所(不是大学)，很多学生都不会四年就毕业的。。。
