哥大对CS和CE区别的解释：While there is substantial cross over between the two disciplines, in general, the Computer Science major focuses more on theory, software, and applications; whereas, Computer Engineering focuses more on computer hardware, digital system development, and system design.
MIT：Application is for the doctoral program only; there is no terminal master's degree. MIT没有CS的硕士项目，只有PHD项目
A Master's of Engineering is available only for qualified EECS undergraduates.
