      学生从大二开始就准备美国硕士的申请,做申请相关的实习、课外活动,准备托福。在大三下学期的时候改变了想法,我们开始进一步规划。

      最开始学生考虑传媒、教育、文学三个专业方向,经过跃领规划老师和学生沟通以后,觉得学生非常适合比较文学和教育,我们接下来的背景提升项目就围绕文学和教育学进行开展。

      学生非常快速的从托福转考雅思,并取得了优异的雅思成绩。

       

      我们的文书材料也是经过和文案老师以及跃领老师头脑风暴以后,写出了教育学和比较文学两个方向的文书。

       

      爱丁堡大学的比较文学专业也是英国非常热门的专业。

       

      爱丁堡大学比较文学专业硕士项目除了对不同语言和文化起源的文学作品进行比较研究外,还鼓励学生们探索文学与音乐、视觉艺术和电影等其他艺术之间的相互关系。学生将在享有世界声誉的老师们(隶属于英国著名的学校高级文学部门)指导下学习欧洲、美洲及亚洲的语言及相关文化知识,并借鉴学校知名部门的教学、研究专长来学习专业知识。课程研究对象包括比较文学、世界文学和后殖民主义、翻译研究、中介性、精神分析批评、形式主义、女权主义文学理论、结构主义和后结构主义、解构主义等。学生自己选择感兴趣的方向深入研究,并在老师的指导下完成毕业论文。

       

      语言要求:

      • IELTS: total 7.0 (at least 6.5 in each module)
      • TOEFL-iBT (including Special Home Edition): total 100 (at least 23 in each module). We do not accept TOEFL MyBest Score to meet our English language requirements.
