2 塑造难度
很多博主都在讲用STAR法则写文书，但0人在意你的解决方案，大家都这样写只会显得前篇一律。 “难”和“难而不倒”才是爽文的核心。
In a situation where user engagement was relatively low, my team and I were responsible for conducting a market research project. I was mainly involved in designing the research plan and analyzing the data, which ultimately helped us optimize our user operation strategy and improve user engagement.

3 多利用感官语言

During my internship, I was responsible for designing lesson plans and teaching XXX courses at the primary school level. This experience strengthened my ability to interact with students and laid a solid foundation for my application to a master’s program in education.
