伦敦当地时间11月22日12点30分，英国财政大臣杰里米·亨特正式公布秋季声明。
“首要任务是避免大规模政府支出和高额税收，通过减税和福利，出台多项措施促进经济发展。”
什么意思？简繁翻译过来就是减税加福利！
其中和咱留学生最相关的一条就是：
为AI发展提供额外5亿英镑资金
英国政府将在未来两年投入额外5亿英镑（约44.7亿人民币）以资助更多的“创新中心”，促进英国发展成为人工智能强国。
没错，英国也要开始发力人工智能了！看谁以后还说程序员们只能去北美，为软件工程师们提供最 好的资源，只为能留下人才！
同时呢，亨特还预测，今年英国经济将增长0.6%，明年将增长0.7%。
到2025年，预计GDP将增长1.4%，2026年增长1.9%，2027年增长2.0%。每年至少提高0.5%的生产力！
不止软件工程师，相信文商科同学们的春天也即将到来！

岗位有了，接下来我们该如何做好job ready准备呢？
最重要的就是要知道各个大公司的面试特点！今天我们以谷歌为例来看看，谷歌面试官们到底想从你的面试中看到些什么：
Google面试较为标准。通常是共5轮，其中4轮Coding+1轮System Design。
Coding的题至少是LC中等以上难度，难题也不少见。除了经典的算法题，Google也好出新题。所以Coding方面准备的压力是相当大的。
当然，对于谷歌这种顶 级大厂来说，如果认为自己做出题就该被录用，那是非常错误的。正确想法应该是：我要让对方想跟我一起工作。
各个公司文化不同，自己可以慢慢了解然后分类：比如Top Tier和非Top Tier的公司，增长迅猛和稳定衰退的，startup和非startup等，逐渐形成了自己对公司文化体系的理解。
