东京大学（The University of Tokyo），简称东大，是一所本部位于东京都文京区的世界一 流综合性国立大学，是日本最 高学术殿堂以及七所旧帝大之首。
东京大学是日本第一所国立综合性大学，也是亚洲最早的西制大学之一。 东大诞生于1877年，其部分科系最早可追溯到灵元天皇时期（1654~1732）。第二次世界大战后，由原本的“东京帝国大学”正式更名为“东京大学”。 作为日本民众心中的“NO. 1”，东大的学术能力毫无疑问位于日本学术金字塔的顶端，综合实力稳居日本第一，所有学科门类均有涉及亦无明显短板。东大是日本文部科学省超级国际化大学计划中的A类名校，在医学，理学，文学，工学以及政治学等领域拥有世 界 级的学术影响力，同时在土木，建筑学领域也享有极 高的声誉。 比如在国际上屡获奖项的日本著名建筑师隈研吾，就是毕业于东大工学系研究科建筑学专业。

GPA：建议85+（100分制） 英语：托福90+，雅思6.5+，不建议托业，申请东京大学大学院的同学们建议同时提交GRE或GMAT成绩 备注：虽然东大部分研究科也认可雅思成绩，但是建议提交托福成绩。
