从2023年4月1日起，所有在此日期后递交的申请将不再适用特殊政策，具体变化如下：
(1)英语成绩的认可有效期将从3年改为2年。
(2)IELTS Indicator 将不再接受。
(3)TOEFL Special Home Edition 将不再接受。
(4)AP学生将不再允许单独用AP课程成绩递交申请，学生需要提交SAT或ACT成绩以及高中毕业证。
(5)作为审理申请的一部分，学生需要提供有效护照。如果没有提供有效护照，offer会以学生提供有效护照复印件作为条件（conditional offer）。
大学目前对这些政策提供了常见QA，详情如下，问题我已翻译，为避免歧义，大学回答将附上原文。
Q： 如果申请在4月1日前递交，但在4月1日后才被审理，是否仍然按照特殊流程进行审理？
If application is submitted before 1st April but is assessed after the 1st April, will the COVID procedure remain?
A: If a student submits an application and provided AP/IELTS indicator/TOEFL special home edition report before 1st April 2023, and those results meet the requirements under the current COVID adjustment measures, the AP/IELTS indicator/TOEFL special home edition results are still accepted even if the application is assessed after 1st April. However, if the required documents which applicants provided before 1st April are not meeting the entry requirement when the admissions assessed application after 1st April, then the applicant will need to resit the test to meet the standard requirement and new procedures apply.
Q: 如果申请在4月1日前递交，但是在4月1日后才递交IELTS indicator/TOEFL special home，是否可以被接受
If the application is submitted before 1st April but then the applicant provides an IELTS indicator/TOEFL special home edition after the 1st April, will the COVID procedure remain?
A: No, student is required to provide the accepted English tests to meet the English requirement if the proof of English is submitted after 1st April 2023.
Q: 如果申请在4月1日前递交， 且语言要求已经由IELTS indicator/TOEFL special home满足，如果学生在4月1日后加申，是否学生自动可以满足语言条件
If the student has submitted an application before 1st April and has satisfied the English requirement with TOEFL Home Edition /IELTS Indicator, then the student submits a second application after 1st April, can the student still meet English requirement by the same TOFEL Home Edition /IELTS Indicator test?
A: The TOEFL Home Edition or IELTS Indicator will not be accepted for the new application.
Q: 如果学生在4月1日前已经凭借IELTS indicator/TOEFL special home拿到了无条件录取通知书，在4月1日后申请延期，大学是否出具无条件录取通知书？
If the offer is Unconditional and was based on a COVID period English test (TOEFL Home Edition or IELTS Indicator) and the student requests to defer after the 1st April will the unconditional offer be honoured?
A: Yes, we will honour the offer.
Q：如果学生已经凭借三年前的语言成绩获得了无条件录取通知书，在4月1日后申请延期，大学是否出具无条件录取通知书？
If the offer is Unconditional based on the English test taken 3 years ago and the student requests to defer after the 1st April?
A: In this case the student will need to resit the English Test with an official English test. The offer clearly indicated “You have met the University’s English language requirements on the basis of a temporary arrangement made to assist students during the COVID-19 pandemic. This offer is valid only for the intake shown in this letter and is not applicable to future intakes.” and the student will need to provide the new English test.
Q: 如果学生在4月1日前获得了带有语言条件的Offer，可否在4月1日后通过TOEFL Home Edition or IELTS Indicator来满足条件？
If the offer is Conditional on English and was issued before the 1st April, can the student provide a TOEFL Home Edition test or IELTS indicator after the 1st April?
A: No, the student is required to provide the acceptable English test from 1st April.

If the offer is conditional on AP, can the student provide AP report after the 1st April?
A: No, the student is required to provide SAT or ACT test from the 1st April.
Q: 如果学生提交了AP预测成绩，获得了有条件录取通知书。学生可否在5月AP最终成绩出炉后满足条件？
If AP students submit an application with a precited AP result before 1st April and get a conditional offer, will the final AP result which normally will be released in May also be accepted?
A: No, the student is required to provide SAT or ACT test from the 1st April.
Q: 如果学生在4月1日前没有递交护照，但是已经获得了无条件、有条件录取通知书，4月1日后offer是否会更新护照作为条件？
If the student did not provide the passport before the 1st April and received Conditional/Unconditional offer, will the offer be reviewed to include the Passport condition after the 1st April?
A: No, only offers issued from the 1st April will have the passport condition.
Q: 如果学生在4月1日前根据AP官方成绩单收到了无条件、有条件（语言或者High School Diploma条件），在4月1日后学生如果提出延期，大学是否会发offer?
If student received an Unconditional/Conditional offer based on AP subjects official report (Conditional on English or High School Diploma only) and requests to defer after the 1st April, will you honour the offer?
A: Yes, we will honour the offer.
Q: 如果学生在4月1日前提交了官方AP成绩单和TOFEL Home Edition/IELTS Indicator，学生是否可以拿到unconditional offer?
If students can provide qualified AP subjects + TOFEL Home Edition/IELTS Indicator scores before 1 April, can they still get unconditional offer? For PG students, if they can provide qualified GPA + TOFEL Home Edition/IELTS Indicator scores before 1 April, can they still get unconditional offer?
A: Yes, the current special admissions measures will not cease until 1 April 2023.
Q: 4月1日指的是申请递交日期，还是指有条件录取通知书或者无条件录取通知书的发布日期？
Is 1st April the application submission date or the conditional offer date, or the full offer issue date?
A: Please refer to 1st April is the date that we cease the COVID adjustment measures. If the student would like to be assessed under COVID adjustment measures, they must submit the application with the evidence of AP and/or English tests that meet the requirement under COVID measure before 1st April.
Q: 如果新申请在4月1日后递交，但是家考托福是在4月1日前进行的，是否可以被大学接受？
If the application is submitted after the 1st April but the English test (TOEFL Home Edition/IELTS Indicator) was taken before the 1st April, can it be accepted?
A: No, student is required to provide the accepted English tests to meet the English requirement if the application is submitted after 1st April 2023.
