We apologise for the confusion caused by the adjustments that were made to the Profile B entry requirements. We can confirm that this amendment was made in error, and we have now taken steps to revert back to the original entry requirements that you may have seen previously. The admissions team responsible for the processing of pre-sessional applications have been considering all applicants with a Profile B language condition against the original (lower) entry requirements. We can therefore confirm that no applications have been disadvantaged by this error. 没有学生将会受此误操作的影响
Due to the potential disruption caused by the global health situation, and the likely impact this will have on our applicants, we are working hard to consider what adjustments can be made that will offer our international students the best chance to continue their postgraduate study with us. 我们一直在努力考虑不断调整我们政策以便在现在疫情蔓延的情况下可以让我们的学生继续他们的学业。
As part of this, we hope to launch a newly developed online version of the 10-week and 6-week pre-sessional programmes. This online option is being considered in order to alleviate some of the issues caused by the closure of IELTS test centres, which is preventing applicants from obtaining the UKVI IELTS required for Visa purposes.
