I am pleased to announce that you have been accepted for enrollment to the Master of Fine Arts in Jewelry at the Savannah College of Art and Design for Fall 2020 SCAD-SavannahCampus.
After a review of your application, the Admission Review Committee has assigned required intensive coursework.
On the basis of your prior educational experience, level of achievement and the desired program of study.
You must take the following courses before beginning your regular course of study:
JEWL 502
JEWL 504
Please note that these classes are in addition to the classes required for the program and thus may delay your completion by one full quarter.

At this moment, you are NOT EXEMPT of English as a Second Language (ESL) courses. This means you may need to take ESL classes before starting your academic program.
Between now and the week of orientation there is still time for you to submit documentation that can exempt you from ESL classes.
If you are not exempt from taking ESL classes you will need to take an ESL placement test at SCAD at the beginning of orientation.
The test will determine the level of ESL that you will be starting at. ESL waivers cannot be submitted after taking the ESL placement exam at SCAD.
