对于申请美高的学生来说，面试是申请环节中非常重要的一部分，面试的发挥直接关系到录取与否。因此为了提升面试表现，提高录取率，我们一定要用心准备。小编在这里从三个方面汇总了美高面试的核心问题，来帮助大家更全面的准备面试。

面试前的准备

面试衣着方面：原则上来说，整洁大方就好，要让自己穿着舒服，也要让面试官看着舒服；最好的状态是，这身衣服能让你更有自信，至少不会增加你的紧张情绪。

面试心理方面：知己知彼会让自己更好发挥，所以提前熟悉一遍该校的详细介绍，尤其是课程和运动活动方面是否有自己很契合的点；再查官网上该面试官的资料尤其照片，有个初步印象；最后就是告诉自己，面试官也是普通的陌生人，能在面试过程中聊出开心的感觉，就成功了大半。

面试环境方面：当前美高面试基本都是采用视频面试的方式，所以尽量选择安静的房间，整洁干净的视频背景，面部光线均匀的位置，以及半身出镜，避免面部光线昏暗或大头照的不良视觉效果。
