面对近期不少留学生被骗损失的情况，英国各个大学也陆续官方发布了警惕邮件，其中伦敦艺术大学、曼彻斯特大学和谢菲尔德大学官方应对如下：
1. NEVER give your personal details to anyone, either online or over the phone. Legitimate organisations will never ask for copies of your passport or ID card in this way.
1.不要在网上或电话上向任何人透露个人信息。正规机构绝不会以这种方式要求您提供护照或身份证的复印件。
2. NEVER tell anyone the long number on the front of your bank card, or the three digit security code on the back. This is private information and you are the only person who will ever need to know it.
2.千万不要告诉任何人你银行卡正面的卡号，或背面的三位数安全码。这是私人信息，不要告诉任何人。
3. The real police or other legitimate agencies will NEVER ask you to transfer money to them, under any circumstances.

4. Just because a phone number or email address looks real, it does not mean it is. If you are not sure, contact the organisation directly through a method of communication you trust.
5.有些电话号码或电子邮件地址看起来像真的，但并不意味着它就是真的。如果您不确定，请通过您信任的联系方式直接与机构联系。

所以各位小伙伴，一定不要轻信陌生邮件和电话以任何名义索取姓名、住址、家庭情况、银行账户等个人信息以及转账、汇款的要求。涉及汇款事宜务必认真判断、谨慎转账。

最后，如不幸上当受骗，应及时向英警方和国内公安机关报案，同时尽快联系本人账户开户行，要求采取止付、冻结等相应措施。受害人无法直接向国内公安机关报案的，可通过国内近亲属及时报案并向报案地反电信网络诈骗中心请求帮助，也可拨打110后请其协助转接反诈中心。
