The Department offers three graduate programs, one leading to the new Ph.D. degree in Statistics and Data Science, the other two leading to an M.A. degree in Statistics. 该系提供三个研究生课程,一个通向统计学和数据科学的新博士学位,另两个通向统计学的硕士学位。
The programs are administered in different ways, even though they share many courses. To qualify for the M.A. degree, the student must successfully complete eight term courses with an average grade of HP or higher, chosen in consultation with the Director of Graduate Studies (DGS) at the start of each semester. Course selections become official only with the DGS’s signature. The minimal requirement is:最低的要求是:
