昆士兰大学（The University of Queensland，简称 UQ）主要有 4个正式校区，分别是 St Lucia、Herston、Gatton 和 Dutton Park。对于绝大多数国际学生而言，真正会长期学习的校区主要是 St Lucia 主校区。
1. St Lucia 主校区（Main Campus）
地址：
St Lucia, Brisbane, Queensland 4072
位置：
- 布里斯班市中心（CBD）西南约7公里
- 三面被 Brisbane River 环绕
- 靠近 Toowong、Indooroopilly 等区域

这是昆士兰大学最大的校区，也是学校总部所在地，占地约114公顷。著名的大草坪 Great Court、Jacaranda 紫花楹大道以及大部分教学楼都位于这里。绝大多数本科生和授课型硕士都在此学习。
2. Herston 校区
地址：
Herston Road, Herston, Queensland 4006
位置：
- 距离布里斯班CBD约3公里
- 位于皇家布里斯班妇女医院（Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital）旁
- 靠近 Bowen Hills 和 Fortitude Valley
主要学院：
- Medicine
- Dentistry
- Public Health
- Clinical Health Sciences
这是昆士兰大学医学与健康科学的重要基地，与多家大型医院和研究机构共用医疗科研园区。医学、牙医学和公共卫生相关学生会在这里进行临床教学和研究。
3. Gatton 校区
地址：
Gatton / Lawes, Queensland 4343
位置：
- 布里斯班西部约87公里
- 位于 Lockyer Valley 地区
- 距离 Gatton 镇约5公里
- 开车前往布里斯班约1小时
主要学院：
- Agriculture
- Agribusiness
- Animal Science
- Veterinary Science
- Wildlife Science
这是 UQ 的农业和兽医校区，占地超过1000公顷，同时也是一个实际运营的农场，拥有牧场、奶牛场、马场、温室和农业实验设施。
很多兽医专业学生后期需要长期驻扎在 Gatton 学习和实习。根据学生社区反馈，从 St Lucia 每天通勤到 Gatton 并不轻松，因此不少兽医学生会选择住在 Gatton 附近。
4. Dutton Park 校区
地址：
Dutton Park, Queensland 4102
位置：
- 布里斯班CBD南侧约5公里
- 靠近 Boggo Road 和 Princess Alexandra Hospital
主要用途：
- 生物医学研究
- 公共卫生研究
- 健康科学研究
- 部分医学教学
该校区规模较小，主要承担科研和专业教学功能。距离 St Lucia 主校区通过 Eleanor Schonell Bridge 相连，步行约30多分钟即可到达。
