Program Overview项目概览
The Master of Public Policy (MPP) is an intensive, full-time two-year professional program. Founded in 2006, it continues the University of Toronto’s internationally recognized tradition of academic excellence and combines it with practical, real-world policy experience. Students graduate with a strong foundation of analytical and quantitative skills, core policy concepts, and overall management and leadership skills.公共政策硕士（MPP）是一项为期两年的全日制强化专业课程。该课程于2006年创立，延续了多伦多大学享誉国际的学术卓越传统，并将其与贴近现实的政策实践经验相结合。学生毕业后将具备扎实的分析与定量技能、核心政策概念以及全面的管理与领导能力。
A mandatory and comprehensive policy internship program means that all MPP students at the Munk School of Global Affairs and Public Policy have the opportunity to transfer classroom theory into practical experience developing and implementing policy. Academic record

GPA requirement
A minimum cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of a B and a minimum GPA of a B+ standing in the final year of undergraduate studies (3.3 out of a possible 4.0 grading scale). Admissions selection to the MPP program is competitive and meeting this minimum requirement does not guarantee admission. Statement of Interest & Optional Diversity Statement
The statement of interest is your opportunity to convey to the Admissions Committee information that cannot be found in transcripts, letters of recommendation, or in a current resume or curriculum vitae. It should clearly explain your reasons for wanting to pursue a Master of Public Policy, your areas of policy interest, and why the Munk School of Global Affairs & Public Policy is the best place for you to explore these interests. The statement should be approximately 500 words and should demonstrate your ability to write effectively and communicate clearly. 个人陈述是您向招生委员会传达那些无法从成绩单、推荐信或当前简历或履历中获取的信息的绝佳机会。它应清晰地阐述您希望攻读公共政策硕士学位的原因、您感兴趣的政策领域，以及为何蒙克全球事务与公共政策学院是您探索这些兴趣的Best选择。该陈述应约500字，且应充分展现您有效写作和清晰沟通的能力。
Minimum of two references
Minimum of two references are required for the MPP application. Academic ones are preferred, however, if you are a mid-career applicant, you can add a professional reference or employment reference. 申请MPP项目需提供至少两封推荐信。优先考虑学术推荐信，但如果您是职业中期申请人，也可提供一封专业推荐信或工作推荐信。
Kira Talent Video and Writing Sample
Newly added to the MPP Application Process is the Kira Talent Video and Writing Sample. MPP申请流程新增了Kira Talent视频面试和写作样本。
English language proficiency test

Other requirements
