🎯 一、面试形式 Overview

滑铁卢大学本科面试通常是 线上视频+写作（Video Interview + Written Response） 形式，由第三方平台（如 Kira Talent）进行，
主要用于考察你的：

💡 答题技巧

使用 STAR 结构（Situation–Task–Action–Result）讲故事。
尽量微笑、自信、语速平稳。
不背稿：自然表达 + 关键词提示更真实。
结尾加一句 反思或成长（如 “This experience taught me...”）。

✍️ 三、书面题（Written Question）

一般 5 分钟思考时间 + 10 分钟写作时间。
题型通常是开放式，如：

What does leadership mean to you?
How do you manage your time between study and other commitments?

💡 写作建议

开头直接回答问题（不要绕弯）。
两段结构：一段说明观点；二段举例说明。
语法准确、逻辑清晰，比长句更重要。
注意系统禁止复制粘贴（必须现场输入）。

提前测试设备：麦克风、摄像头、网络。
练习英文口语：模拟 Kira 视频答题情境。
