Reconsideration pool
We know that students who apply without their final exam results might not show their full potential yet. That's why we have an August reconsideration pool.
If you get exceptional results, your application might be reconsidered, even if you don't have an Imperial offer.
If you applied to an Imperial undergraduate course and:
Scored competitively but didn't meet the offer threshold
Meet the criteria for our contextual admissions (see "Who is eligible?" above)
Achieved at least the typical offer grades for the course your originally applied for on results day
You have another chance to secure a place at Imperial later in the process.
Reconsideration Pool简单说，就是IC的“内部补录池”！仅针对申请过该院校但被拒/申请未达标的同学。
即学校给申请者们留了一次“复活赛”资格，如果有人放弃入学，就有机会替补上位！
如果你的学科成绩突飞猛进成为黑马级选手，可以在8月A-Level成绩公布日到IC官网填Reconsideration Form进行申请补录！

官方数据显示，2023 Cycle （官网最新）申请帝国理工的中国学生的数量为7078份，较去年上涨了8.5%。
最终发放offer数为1607封，比去年少发了57封；offer率也降到了近六年的最低值，仅为15.07%。
