想去美国留学，除了直接出国之外，转学入读也不失为一种好办法。美国高校每年都会有一定的名额留给转校学生，如果你也符合以下条件，那不妨考虑试试转学啊！
一、什么阶段的学生可以转学呢？
1、大一学生；
2、大二学生；
3、大三学生（部分学校接受，大多数学校会觉得修的学分太多了，也会建议直接申请研究生）；
4、大四学生（极少数学校接受，尽量到了大四就不要申请转学，直接申请研究生入学了）；
5、国内大专在读及毕业。
二、为什么要转学？
1、国内大学专业不满意；
2、国内的成绩不理想；
3、国内的学历不理想；
4、读社区大学的学生；
5、有名校情结的学生，想去排名更靠前的学生。
三、转学过去，应该读大几呢？
美国不同于中国，不是必须四年制，更多参考学分完成。
比如说美国大多本科学校要求120个学分，才允许毕业。现在国内读大二的学生申请转学，就看美国的学校对于学校现有学分的认可，如果转入了50个学分，把剩余的70个学分读完就可以申请毕业。
四、申请需要具备什么条件？
1、托福79或者雅思6.5（也可以没有英语成绩或者英语成绩不达标）；
2、部分需要根据学分要求，建议有Sat或者act；
3、大学均分及高中成绩；
4、大学在读证明；
5、存款证明；
6、文书。

以宾州州立大学为例
①You are a transfer student if you have attempted or completed 18 or more credits at another college or university after high school graduation.
需要完成至少18个学分，才可以算是转学生。
②以下考试完成一项就可以（根据2021年入学要求，仅供参考）
TOEFL: A minimum TOEFL score of 80 on the Internet-based TOEFL or 550 on the old paper exam or a minimum of 20 in each section of the new paper exam (code #2660)

TOEFL iBT Special Home Edition: A minimum score of 80 on the TOEFL iBT Special Home Edition (code #2660)
TOEFL ITP Plus for China: A minimum TOEFL score of 550 (code #2660)
IELTS: A minimum IELTS score of 6.5 on the academic test
IELTS Indicator: A minimum IELTS score of 6.5
SAT: a score of 570 or higher on the Evidence-Based Reading and Writing section (code #2660)
ACT: Score of 24 or higher on the English section (code #3656)
GCSE or GCE Score of A, B, or C on the English language exam
International Baccalaureate (IB): Score of 5 or higher on the English Language & Literature (SL/HL) exam
U.S. College or University: High school graduation followed by two complete years of full-time academic coursework at a U.S. college or university with a grade of C (2.0) or higher in a standard English composition course
IECP: Receive official certification through Penn State's Intensive English Communication Program (IECP)

春季：11月1日
夏季：5月1日
秋季：7月1日
