卡内基工程技术学院：为符合条件的博士生提供全额奖学金及每月生活津贴。研究生可申请助研奖学金和助教奖学金，但国际学生需通过相关英语能力测试。此外，该学院研究生还可申请 ASEE Science and Engineering Scholarships and Fellowships、ASCO Numatics Industrial Automation Engineering Scholarships、Elsevier Foundation New Scholars Program 等奖学金，面向核工程、软件工程、环境等相关专业研究生。
Pepper 商学院：设有 Fundación Mexicana Para la Educación (FUNED)、Angel G. Jordan Fellowship、MBA Forte Fellowship、Edwin S. Muskie Graduate Fellowship 等，专为全日制国际学生设立，各奖学金项目要求和申请流程不同。
公共政策与信息系统学院：包括 MISM Program Scholarships（信息系统管理专业）、Information Systems in the Community Program Fellowship（信息系统管理专业，半额至全额奖不等，另有每年$6000生活津贴）、Public Policy and International Affairs (PPIA) Fellowship（半额至全额奖不等，另有每年$6000 生活津贴）等，转换专业、延期入学等情况学院不提供奖学金奖励。
梅隆理学院：Astrid and Bruce McWilliams Fellowship in the Mellon College of Science，每年春季学期评审，各部门可推荐 2 名学生，奖励范围包括学费、生活津贴、其他费用；还有 Graduate Student Teaching Awards，即该学院的研究生助教奖。
