圣母大学（英语：The University of Notre Dame du Lac；拉丁语：Universitas Dominae Nostrae a Lacu），是一所私立天主教、研究型大学，位于美国印地安纳州南湾市东北部的圣母镇。是美国新闻与世界报道排名前二十名的一流知名学府，其商学院大学部被美国商业周刊评为全美第三
圣母大学在1842年由爱德华·索林,C.S.C.的圣十字公会所创立，是一所不受于教廷管辖的天主教大学。乃为一所文理兼顾的著名私立大学。“Notre Dame”是圣母之意。顾名思义，是一所罗马天主教学校，其中大约七成的学生信奉天主教。
圣母大学校风严谨、纯正，学生非常热衷于各项志愿的社会工作，也有大量学生加入社会事务中心，帮助照顾老人及伤残人员。根据美国权威机构The Princeton Review，圣母大学更是全美“梦想大学”的第五名，仅次于哈佛耶鲁的世界顶尖学府。
