魁省移民PEQ
-作为魁省留学生，想通过魁省移民政策获得永居需要先获得CSQ证书。在获得CSQ证书后，再递交给加拿大联邦最终获得移民身份。
申请获得CSQ的条件如下：
-意向在毕业后留在魁省工作、生活
-申请CSQ时在魁省持有合法身份
-在完成学业的36个月之内递交申请
-完成学业后不可以再继续别的学习课程
-达到法语中级水平（见下）
符合条件的全日制学习经历包括：专科（1800小时），本科，硕士，博士。
Québec diplomas eligible under the PEQ are:
- a Bachelor’s degree (university undergraduate);
- a Master’s degree (and an MBA);
- a doctorate;
- a Diplôme d’études collégiales techniques (DEC – diploma of college studies, technical training);
- a Diplôme d’études professionnelles (DEP – diploma of vocational studies) lasting 1,800 hours of study;
- a Diplôme d’études professionnelles (DEP – diploma of vocational studies) followed by an attestation de spécialisation professionnelle (ASP – attestation of vocational specialization) attesting to a minimum of 1,800 hours of training and leading to a particular trade.
法语水平（满足下列情况其中一种即可）：
-Échelle québécoise des niveaux de compétence en français des personnes immigrantes adultes 7级
-Common European Framework of Reference B2级
-3年或以上全法语学习经历（高中或以上学历）
-在魁省政府承认的院校完成中高级以上法语课程
-魁省的完整教育经历为法语授课
-申请者可同时提供法语标准化考试成绩：TEFAQ，TCFQ，TEF，TEF Canada，TCF，DELF，DALF
