近日，位列全美前十的西北大学做出了炸裂的改变：不再强制要求递交主文书。然而在竞争激烈的现状下，我们建议别把学校的“客气话”当真，不然就会出现“人有我无”的尴尬。
同样，近期哈佛大学在官网就正式更新了2024 Fall的补充文书题目，不仅写作要求发生变化，题目也发生改变。
众多名校此次更新文书的主要原因还是在回应前不久的：美国最 高法院于 2023 年 6 月大学不能再根据种族录取学生的裁定。
我也整理了藤校更新的补充文书题目，接下来准备冲藤的学子们千万不要错过！
一、普林斯顿大学。

普林斯顿大学今年新增了一个500字以内的，主题关于“申请人生活经历”的内容。学校希望借此来了解“这些经历如何塑造了申请生，未来将发挥出什么样的作用。”
学校按照专业选择情况来提供不同类型的补充文书题目。
1、A.B.学位或Undecided未定专业
As a research institution that also prides itself on its liberal arts curriculum, Princeton allows students to explore areas across the humanities and the arts, the natural sciences, and the social sciences. 哈佛大学取消了过去一直在招生中沿用的可选的Optional补充文书模式，取而代之的是5篇必答的200字文书。这也是哈佛官方针对最 高法院判决所做出的配合调整，“弱化种族因素，强调个人经历”。
这意味着我们需要从多维度的文化、性别及取向、宗教信仰、兴趣爱好等方面来发掘自身的多元化，例如我们可以通过探索自己多元化的爱好来不断培养自己的视野，不断反思自己所学习到的经验。

1.新生申请必答文书。

3.BRDD
The Brown|RISD Dual Degree Program draws on the complementary strengths of Brown University and Rhode Island School of Design (RISD) to provide students with the opportunity to explore and engage with diverse spheres of academic and creative inquiry. The culmination of students’ five-year program is a capstone project that relates and integrates content, approaches, and methods from two distinct learning experiences. 第一题的字数要求为最多100字，后面四题的字数要求则是最多150字。
在补充 文书 写作要求上，哥大也明确地列出了四点：

耶鲁大学用35个单词回答的第二、三个问题更换，用400词以内回答的文书增加了一个选项：

耶鲁大学的补充文书题目分为简答题和必答文书两部分。简答题是耶鲁大学文书的重要组成部分，短小精悍。而必答文书题目则会根据申请人选择的申请平台而略有不同。
