在HR眼中，大学里的学习成绩或许能帮你获得一次难得的面试机会，但面试最终评估的还是你的实际能力和发展潜力。想弄清自己未来要成为什么样的人，想要挖掘或培养自己擅长的技能，光是待在学校里是不行的。所以说，找一份实习，走进一家企业，接触一个岗位，认认真真地去完成每一个工作任务，是非常重要的。不然你只会在象牙塔的庇护之下，我们可能了解不到社会的竞争，甚至会低估竞争的激烈程度
可见实习对每个人将来的就业都有举足轻重的作用。

3.面试技巧分享
1.熟悉面试流程
2.了解求职公司（查看求职公司的官网，提前了解实习、工作单位的各种信息）
3.了解岗位信息（清楚实习、工作岗位具体工作内容）
4. 得体的面试着装
5. 提前锻炼肢体语言（建议面试经验欠缺的学生们可以提前对着镜子模拟面试，提前锻炼自己自信大方的表情和肢体语言等哦！）
Body language: impression, tone of voice, to be confidence, how to show? Soft voice and soft behavior. Make hands working with your eyes. Social situation, under pressure. Be warm and make people feel warm. Eye contract. Shake hands politely.
6. 准备常见面试问题
6-1“Tell me about yourself” ：
A brief description is preferred
Need to talk about the name, the qualifications and the strength and skills.（Where you are from？How long you have lived in Australia/
Explain your Qualification (Masters/Bachelor’s Degree), your major, university name. /Explain your key strengths – hard/technical skills and soft skills./How many years of work experience you have had in Australia？…）
6-2“Why do you want to work here?”：
List specific examples of the company and use your strengths, achievements and skills related to the example.
(Give examples of things that attracted you to the role (base your answer on your strongest skills and match them with the skills required in the job ad) /Give examples of things that attracted you to the company (base your answer about the research you did about the company and how it aligns with your values)/Mention any achievements you have made, that may link to the key criteria in the job ad./End the conversation with how you feel your skills make you the right fit for the job)
6-3“What are your strengths?”& “What are your weaknesses?”：
Key strengths and give examples/ Transfer ‘weakness’ to ‘area for improvement’ or ‘develop yourself’
6-4.“What have been your achievements up-to-date?”
Choose one or two recent accomplishments and talk about what skills you have been used and what are the positive outcomes
6-5.“What is the most difficult situation you have faced at work?”
6-6.“How do you respond to working under pressure?”
6-7.“What are your goals for the future?”
