诺丁汉大学2023年最新变化：
工程科系硕士课程将不再要求推荐信Postgraduate taught engineering programmes no longer require a reference letter for applications。
具体不要求推荐信的专业包含：
Architecture and Built Environment
Chemical and Environmental Engineering
Civil Engineering
Electrical and Electronic Engineering
Mechanical， Materials and Manufacturing Engineering
利物浦大学2023年最新变化：
绝大部分PGT专业不再需要推荐信。
除了下列专业除了下列专业以外，其他所有PGT专业不再需要提供推荐信。
（但因申请系统中的“References” 版块为必填项，所以推荐人的自然信息仍需填写）
