理科是指数学、物理、化学、生物、地球科学等与形式科学（数理逻辑）及自然科学相关学科的统称，有别于工科、技术。其对应概念为文科。理科学科主要有：数学、物理学、化学、生物学、地理学、计算机软件应用、技术与设计实践等。加拿大所有大学均开设理科大类，但具体专业分类又有不同。
