最近澳大利亚的留学 er 们应该都已经进入考试周了。在考试时，有些同学可能会遇见一些突发状况，因为不知道怎么处理而手忙脚乱。今天，前途君就来给同学们讲讲期末考试遇到各种突发状况该如何处理？

通常，这种情况下同学们需要做的第一件事情，就是截图留下突发状况的证据，然后去跟学校申请 Special Consideration。

让我们来以悉尼大学为例，看看考试中在什么情况下可以申请 Special Consideration？

什么情况下可以申请 Special Consideration

01 考试前突然受伤或考试中突然生病

Short term illness or injury

这种情况下，你需要提供：医生的证明 Professional Practitioner Certificate，悉尼大学对于这份 certificate 是有固定模板的，你去找医生的时候，医生需要帮你在这份模板上填写相关病例信息。

医院出具的证明，需要在证明里指出你的生病状况对你考试的影响程度有多严重。

02 家庭成员或者密友的突发不幸

Personal misadventure of a family member or close friend

这种情况下，你需要提供一份官方的陈述邮件，这份陈述邮件需要包含以下内容：

Your statutory declaration should include:Your full name and student number

A statement about the impact of the illness, injury, misadventure or essential commitment on your ability to attend classes, learn or complete assessment requirements

A statement describing the duration of this impact (including a start and end dates)

If your circumstances are of a sensitive nature, please indicate when you expect you will be able to complete your assessment or return to your studies. If you need more time at the end of this period, you can submit another application.

Details of any group work that might be affected.

03 设备故障 Technical issue

这种情况下，你可以提供以下材料来支持你的 SC 申请：

Screenshot or photo of error with timestamp

Email from coordinator confirming the issue

ProctorU chat log with timestamp

Email to or from Canvas tests with timestamp

Shared Service Centre ticket

04 家庭成员或者挚友的去世

Death of a family member or close friend

这种情况下，你需要提供相关的葬礼通知，医院出具的死亡证明。

05 其他

还有几种情况也是可以申请 SC 的，包括：

Unexpected primary carer responsibilities

Attendance at a funeral of a family member or close friend

Natural disaster

Special Consideration 申请截止时间

学校对申请 SC 的截止时间也有要求：

No longer than three working days after (by 11.59pm Sydney local time on the third day)

The original assessment due date

The sitting date of the exam

The date of the missed class or missed placement
