    录取要求: IELTS (Academic) test score of 6.5 or more overall, with a minimum writing score of 6.5 and no other subsection below 6.0

    We require a UK bachelor's degree with a First or Upper Second classification or the overseas equivalent, in any discipline.

    6 Week Pre-Sessional Course:   Minimum 6.0 overall with minimum 6.0 in writing, no more than one subskill of 5.5 and no subskill below 5.5

    MSc Organisational Change and Development aims to develop graduates who are capable of contributing to organisational change, and development initiatives/activities, in developing and transitional economies.

    It will equip you with the skills to contribute positively to organisationally-based initiatives through effective diagnosis, planning, management and implementation of organisational change and development interventions.通过对组织变革和发展干预的有效诊断、规划、管理和实施,它将使你具备为组织基础的行动做出积极贡献的技能。

    Drivers including economic crisis, structural adjustment, competition, and technical innovation require organisations in developing and transitional economies to change and develop on an ongoing basis.     The aim of this course is to develop you into a more effective agent of organisational change and development, by providing you with new analytical capacities, skills and knowledge. By the end of the course, you should be able to:
