为了清晰表述，把描述的过程分解成以下几点：

　　1. 以Speaking of 或 in terms of , when it comes to 做开头，后面直接加activity, sport, hobby；比如说，spea养成说一句话解释一下的习惯，既做到自圆其说，又多说了一句话，king of sports, i wanna talk about swimming;当提到运动时，我想谈谈游泳；

　　2. 最简单的就是在上句话结尾+because it is such a good way for me to practice the whole body；因为游泳是个锻炼全身的运动；

　　3. +especially进一步说；毕竟the whole body有太多部位，especially neck and shoulder ,尤其锻炼了脖子和肩膀；脖子和肩膀需要格外照顾的原因在下一句话得到解释；

　　4. 原因之一就是减压，release the pressure 是现代人的共识, more and more people suffer from the pain in neck and shoulder；如今越来越多的人脖子和肩膀都不舒服；

　　5. 解释上一句，现代人为什么脖子和肩膀会酸痛？because of long time using the computer and cell phone nowadays; 都是因为如今人们太长时间使用电脑和手机造成的肩颈痛；

　　6. 抓住使用定语从句或非限制性定语从句的机会，比如接着上句话点一个逗号，+which，构成一个非限制性定语从句总结上句话，which makes swimming the best choice of sport to release pressure and get people refreshed;这就是为什么游泳是解压和释放自我的最佳运动；

　　7. 一个观点通常不够表达，用also引出第二个观点，还记得第一个观点的表达格式吗？没错，It is such a good way for me to do ,第二个观点我们可以尝试用doing can make me do 的方式，把doing和do 两个动词通过make和感受连接，没有时态和人称变化的顾虑，如，also, swimming can boost your muscle，这里还可以加一句定语从句， which makes you look fit and smart，表示锻炼肌肉的目的，游泳也有效地增长肌肉，让你看起来更健美，有活力；

　　8.一个全面的表达中，尽量涵盖时间，地点，人物，和做这件事的感受, 我们刚才表达了游泳的两个好处，还没有表达出游泳的时间，地点和人物，不妨举例，比如，假期的时候，几乎每个游泳池全是小朋友和他们的家长，造成的不便，可以作为转折，说上两句，显得不失客观，比如，but it is not easy to find a nice place to swim, kids and their families are full of any swimming pool you could think of, especiallyduring weekends and holiday, which is something annoyedthat you could hardly avoid.

　　连在一起说一遍：

　　Speaking of sports, Iwanna talk about swimming because it is such a good way for me to practice the whole body , especially neck and shoulder , you know, more and more people suffer from the pain in neck and shoulder cause of long time using computer and cell phone nowadays, whichmakes swimming the best choice of sport to release pressure and get people refreshed, also, swimming can boost your muscle，which makes you look fit and smart, but it is not easy to find a nice place to swim, kids and their families are full of any swimming pool you could think of, especiallyduring weekends and holiday, which is something annoyedthat you could hardly avoid.

　　再举两个例子，旅行和看电影，大家体会一下：

　　Speaking of activity , Iwanna talk about travelling because it is such a good way for me to release the pressure , you know, more and more people suffer from the pressure after long time of work or study nowadays, which makes travelling the best choice of activity that can take you to somewhere new to open your eyes and get a better mood, and also , travelling can make you taste local food and culture that is different from your own place, which is the beauty of it, but it is not easy to find a nice place to travel nowadays , kids and their families are full of any tourism spot that you could think of , especially during weekends and holiday, which is something annoyed that you could hardly avoid.

　　Speaking of hobby, Iwanna talk about watching movies because it is such a good way for me to release the pressure, you know, more and more people suffer from the pressure after long time of work or study nowadays , which makes watching movies the best choice of hobby that kills time and get you refreshed after work or school . I’d like to watch movies in the cinema which has better sound and visual effects that you could never enjoy from your computer and pad, but it is not easy to find a quiet cinema to enjoy a movie nowadays,kids and their families are full of any cinema that you could think of,especially during weekends and holiday, which is something annoyed that you could hardly avoid.

　　总结一下，表达时尽量用doing can make me do 造句，试着解释和总结说出的每句话，包括用because 和especially 结尾，包括使用定语从句，doing 和to do 非谓语动词贯穿可减少使用主语的次数，让句式简洁有力；尽量做到表达中涵盖时间，地点，人物和感受。更多语言考试咨询>>>>
