The Master of Science (MSc) Program in Global Operations aims to provide a distinctive postgraduate education program to qualified students who have already completed a recognized bachelor degree and are interested in managing business operations on a global scale.
The program is designed to equip students with tools and understanding essential in the management of service operations, manufacturing operations, and supply chains. Students can choose to be in the Operations Analytics concentration when taking electives based on their background and career interests.
Graduates of the program are expected to disseminate their learning and understanding of global operations to industries in Hong Kong and the Greater China region, and enhance the economic development in the region and the global market to improve the competitiveness of the multinational companies.

On successful completion of the program, graduates will be able to:
- Identify critical issues in the global economy and core business functions of a global organization and relate them to the management of global operations;
- Analyze problems in the design, creation and delivery of goods and services in a global environment by using qualitative and quantitative tools and apply innovative solutions;
- Lead a team and work effectively in a team with people from different background; and
- Identify ethical dilemmas in business decision making and apply an ethics framework to propose and defend a resolution.
