MAT考试不收取费用，但个别考场可能收取少许的考试场地费。
MAT考试成绩不会自动公布，需要了解自己成绩的申请人可以在牛津大学申请反馈进程(feed back on admission decisions)中申请查看。

03 MAT考试要求
MAT考试考试时间为2小时30分钟。第一部分为选择题，共10题，每题4分，第二至七部分为问答题（选择4道作答），每题15分。选择取决于你想申请的专业。
The first question on the test is multiple choice and contains 10 parts each worth 4 marks.
Note, as above, that there will be a change to the number of answer choices for each part from 2014 from 4 possible choices to 5. Marks are given solely for the correct answers, though applicants are encouraged to show any working in the space provided.
Questions 2-7 are longer questions, each worth 15 marks, and candidates will need to show their working. Part marks are available for the longer questions. Candidates should each attempt 4 questions from 2-7, the selection depending on the degree for which they are applying. Details of precisely which questions you should attempt are given below, in the rubric on the front page of the test and throughout the paper.
Mathematics, Mathematics & Statistics, Mathematics & Philosophy applicants should attempt questions 1,2,3,4,5.
Mathematics & Computer Science applicants should attempt questions 1,2,3,5,6.
Computer Science, Computer Science & Philosophy applicants should attempt questions 1,2,5,6,7
You should practice doing the test under exam conditions, as time management is an important skill. Before the test you should be very familiar with C1 and C2 material - some students also find that looking at STEP can help them to prepare (although the questions are quite different in style).
MAT是为了测试学生对数学知识理解的深度而不是广度。所以对学生数学知识掌握的水平可能考察较严。
04 MAT成绩要求
据统计，近年MAT考试所有考生的平均分为50.3分，我们可以把66.7分视作拿到面试邀请的学生的最低分，把73.1分视作收到预录取的学生的最低分。
牛津在审理学生申请时会综合考虑学生的MAT成绩、UCAS申请中提交的已有学术成绩和学生的申请文书（PS及推荐信），MAT高分虽然不能保证学生一定拿到牛津预录取，但是MAT低分学生拿到牛津面试邀请的希望就渺茫。
