　　首先：养宠物可能会给孩子带来一些潜在的危险，尤其是健康问题。

　　As we all know, due to the weak immunity system, kids rank among the group of people who are most susceptible to various diseases such as allegery and coughing. But it is obvious that pets like dogs and kittens are covered in bacteria and germs which will enter the home and become ubiquitous in the every room of your house. 

　　As a result, in the process of taking care of pets, the trigger of allergy, children are more likely to become allergic or sick when patting the animal hair and hugging with these animals. Suffering from various diseases means that children will spend lots of precious time on recovery and thus are left behind on their academic study.

　　其次，培养孩子责任感更好的方式是要求他们做家务。

　　Secondly, the better way to cultivate a sense of responsibilty is to ask children to do some housechores.

　　Undoubtedly, housework is the common duty of the whole family, which means that every family member, whether parents or kids, needs to undertake this task. To be specific, when sweeping the floor, washing the dishes and cleaning the shoes shelf under the guidance of their parents, kids will acquire a sense of belonging and understand that it is their duty to assist their parents to accomplish housechores.

　　 Only in this way can kids become responsible person who never evade the difficulties. Furthermore, parents will become another beneficiary of this practice, because assisting parents to take housework can also lessen the burden of parents who are tired because of the tedious workload and help them to unwind and relax.

　　Working at home using computers or telephones is better than working in the office.

题目大意：在家里工作比在办公室工作好。此题目为比较类题目，选择最简单的总分总结构，进行段内对比。

　　First and foremost, working at home by using computers and telephones will benefit employees in many aspects.

　　For one thing, this way of working enables employees to have more flexible working schedule. With the help of computers and telephones, staffs can choose to complete their tasks at any time before the deadline. For another, the time and money spent in commuting between company and home can be saved. 

　　This is especially true of those people who live in the cities with heavy traffic. For example, many people working in Beijing have to get up very early in the morning to take the over-crowded subway or bus to their working places. This problem can be solved by working at home. Besides, working at home provides employees much more comfortable working environment. Compared with the narrow and separated working area, home is a better place with more space and less noise.

　　What’s more, employers will also benefit from the practice of working at home.

　　More and more employees choose to work at home, thus reducing the company’s cost in office and equipments.Also, working independently at home will improve the working efficiency, which makes more profits for the company. According to a survey conducted by the department of psychology in Boston University, people will work more efficiently under the condition that there was no interruption from others. Thus the reduction of cost and the improvement of working efficiency are combined to earn more revenue for the employers.
