华人院长及面试官——姜院长
姜女士在巴尔摩洛学院工作了 15 年，目前担任该寄宿学院院长。
她照顾着来自世界各地的所有国际学生，并努力为她们提供一个安全、关爱和支持的环境。
当新生到来时,她的团队会一步一步帮助所有新的国际学生过渡到新的环境,在他们的日常生活进行指导工作。提供安全、文化意识、以及解决冲突的技能。
照顾学生的身心健康,重要的是，确保全部学生都能都拥有最好的寄宿生活体验！这，也是她一直在追求的。除了在学校中日常的院长角色，她还积极参与国际招生的全部过程，包括招生、面试、评估、以及新生入学。
在过去的 15 年里，蒋女士同样扮演者巴尔摩洛学院“家长”的角色，她积极参与巴尔摩洛学院家长协会和学校社区的工作。
Dean of Boarding, Bindong Jiang
Ms Jiang has been working at Balmoral Hall School for last 15 years, currently as the Dean of Boarding, she is looking after all international students from all over the world and strives to provide a safe, caring and supportive environment for all of them. Upon new students’ arrival, her boarding team will work every step of the way with all new international students to help them with transition to new environment, guidance with their daily life, provide safety, cultural awareness, conflict resolution skills, and take care of all students’ mental and physical wellbeing, mostly importantly to ensure students have the best boarding experience they are looking for.
In addition to her role in the boarding program, she is also actively involved with international admissions process, from recruitment, interview, assessment, enrollment and new students’ orientation.
As well, Ms Jiang is also a parent of Balmoral Hall School for last 15 years, and she is passionately involved with Balmoral Hall School parent association and the broader school community.
