英国留学:New business course at the university of York
The York Management School is please to introduced two new and exciting postgraduate programmes to complement the existing MSc in International Business and Strategic Management.
MSc International Strategic Management
- Intended for students interested in how to analyse, formulate, and implement strategy, and in applying strategic management solutions
- Students will learn about strategic decision-making as well as the management and implementation of strategic change
- The programme includes a dissertation on a topic related to International Strategic Management
MSc International Business
- This course will include examining organisations operating in an international context and will be grounded in international business theories
- This programme includes more advanced quantitative research methods content alongside qualitative methods
- The programme includes a dissertation on a topic related to International Business
MSc International Business and Strategic Management - key changes
- This programme has been updated with new modules and new options
- Slightly less emphasis on quantitative research methods and more organisational behaviour and strategic management
- A new option on international sales management
Entry Requirements
Applicants should have a good first degree (2:1 or equivalent) in any subject, although preference may be given to related areas including the following:
- Management or Business Studies
- Economics
- Finance or Accounting
- Any social science
Applications will also be considered from candidates with a good 2:2 (or equivalent) and at least one to two years relevant work experience.
IELTS: with overall score of 6.5 with a minimum of 6.5 in Writing and 6.0 in other components
TOEFL: 87, with a minimum of 23 in Writing and a minimum of 21 in all other components.
Applicants with an IELTS overall result of 6.0 and a 6.0 in the writing part of the test can take the University’s Pre-Masters Management English Language programme.
