Accommodation
Have you arranged your accommodation during your stay in Preston? We advise you contact ATeam1@uclan.ac.uk and apply for University approved accommodation - this is very safe and close to both University campus and the city centre.

Joining your English Course
Attached you will find your Welcome and Induction Activities.
On Monday 5th June, you should report to Vernon Lecture Theatre in Vernon Building at 8:45am to meet Language Academy staff who will welcome you onto the course.
You will also need the listed documents below on your first day – please remember bring them with you!
· Passport & Visa
· Sponsorship information
· IELTS certificate
· University Offer Letter
· For Tier 4 Visa students only you will need the following to complete Police registration
o £34 in cash,
o 1 x passport style photograph
o Biometric Residence Permit

Arriving Late
If you expect to arrive after the start date listed above, you must contact LanguageAcademy@uclan.ac.uk to inform us of your expected arrival date. The Language Academy can then plan for your arrival and ensure you are still eligible to enrol.
If arriving on campus on campus late, you must visit the Language Academy Administration Office, Vernon Annexe, Room 002 (VE002). The office is open Monday – Friday (8:45 – 17:15). You can then be instructed of your course induction and arrangements.
