英国执业律师路径
• LLB→ LPC/BPTC → TC → 英国执业律师
• 英国非法学本科或任何国家本科毕业→ GDL → LPC/BTPC → TC → 英国执业律师
• 英国大学法学硕士毕业（MA Law） → LPC/BTPC → TC → 英国执业律师
• 英国大学法学硕士（LLM）或任何国家硕士专业毕业→ GDL → LPC/BTPC → TC → 英国执业律师
* 由于1年制的LLM不是英国律师从业资格的Qualify Degree，所以GDL无法豁免。
1. 出庭律师: Bar Professional Training Course，简称BPTC
2. 事务律师：Legal Practice Course， 简称LPC，时间为1～2年
3. 实习期：Training Contract，简称TC。这两年中每半年要换一个岗位,一共做四个岗。其中,至少要涉及3个完全不相关领域。在每个岗位上,都有一位合伙人或者资深律师直接指导工作。

1. Oxford - MSc in Law and Finance
Entry Requirement:
成绩：
• a first-class or a very strong upper second-class
undergraduate degree with honours in law.
其他
• Work experience in a relevant field may be an
advantage but is not a requirement.
• The longer it is since you have been in full-time
education, the more attention will be paid to any
relevant professional experience.
• Publications are not expected.

• Statement of purpose/personal statement: A maximum of 300 words

2. LSE - LLM, Master of Laws
Entry Requirement:

• A very good undergraduate degree in law, LLB or
equivalent, (for example, a first or very high upper
second in the UK LLB or equivalent).
其他
• Applicants without an educational background in
law may apply, but would need to demonstrate a
high level of professional or academic experience
in areas closely related to the subjects they wish
to study in order to be considered for a place.

3.UCL-Master of Laws LLM
Entry Requirement:

• Entrants to the UCL LLM must have 'a good 2.1 with evidence
of 1st class ability' (or equivalent in other jurisdictions), and
must provide evidence in their application of motivation,
reasoning and analytical ability and communication skills.
其他：
• We may be willing to consider applicants who are close to, but
do not meet these quantitative criteria, where space on the
programme allows. Such applicants must demonstrate that
they excel in motivation, analytical and reasoning ability and
communication skills. This needs to be demonstrated across
the personal statement and the written work.

4.Edinburgh-International Banking Law and Finance
Entry Requirement:

• We require a minimum 2:1 honours degree from a UK
university, or its international equivalent, in law, finance,
accounting, management or business studies. Entry to this
programme is competitive.
其他：
• Relevant work experience is not required but may increase your
chances of acceptance.
• Relevant professional qualifications will be considered.

• Previous academic transcripts for all past degree programmes (please upload the full transcript
showing results from all years of study).
• A reference in support or your application. The reference should be academic and dated no earlier

• Evidence of English language proficiency, if required.
5.Manchester-International Financial Law
Entry Requirement:

• We require a UK bachelor's degree with a First or Upper
Second (2.1) classification or the overseas equivalent in Law.
Candidates should demonstrate a strong background in Law
modules relevant to the course, including Public Law and
Contract Law and achieve scores of 2.1 or above in relevant
modules.

• Relevant professional qualifications will be considered.

6. Southampton-Laws (LLM)
Entry Requirement:

• You’ll need a 2.1 degree in a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or at least
4 law modules in a bachelor’s degree.

significant work experience in this sector we’ll assess your
relevant professional experience, your subject knowledge and
your aptitude for learning.
