    项目管理（project management）从学科划分的话是属于管理学的一个分支学科。对项目管理者的要求就是希望能够运用各种相关的技能、方法和工具，让现有的项目在有限资源的条件下，为达到或者超出相关各方对于项目的要求和期望所需要开展的一系列的计划、组织、领导以及控制等方面的活动。

    项目管理又分为三个大类：信息项目管理、工程项目管理、投资项目管理。

    项目管理信息系统（project management information system，PMIS）是计算机辅助项目管理的工具，为项目目标的实现提供了强有力的帮助。

    工程项目管理主要是指项目管理在工程类项目中的应用，投资项目以及施工项目管理。其中，施工版块主要是做到成本和进度的把控。这一板块主要使用工程项目管理软件来把控。

    投资项目管理主要是用于金融投资版块的把控，偏向于风险把控。

A bachelor degree with a 2:1 (hons) in civil engineering or a related subject.
