关于维州入境政策，维州公立更新如下

从2021 年 12 月 20 日周一晚上 11 点 59 分开始，对于已接种TGA批准或认可的疫苗的符合条件的旅行者，无需隔离即可往返维多利亚州墨尔本。请注意，出发前和抵达前的检测以及其他公共卫生要求继续适用，包括旅客必须在抵达后 24 小时内进行核酸检测并隔离，直到出现阴性结果。

Dear international students and their parents or guardians, and education agents,

The Department of Education and Training (the department) is pleased to advise that travel to and from Melbourne, Victoria without quarantine has recommenced for eligible travellers fully vaccinated with an Australian Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) approved or recognised vaccine) from 11.59pm on Monday 20 December 2021. Please note that pre-departure and arrival testing and other public health requirements continue to apply, including that travellers must get a polymerase chain reaction (PCR) COVID-19 test within 24 hours of arriving and isolate until a negative result is received, see: Information for returned overseas travellers.

This information is current as at 20 December 2021 and replaces the advice sent to you last week. This information may continue to change at short notice. Students and their parents or guardians and education agents are encouraged to visit the above website regularly.

VCE student enrolment options

VCE students have the following enrolment options while they prepare to travel to Victoria for onsite classes in Term 1, 2022.

Online learning

VCE students preparing for travel to Victoria for onsite classes in Term 1, 2022, and who cannot arrive by the start of Term 1, 2022, must learn online while offshore awaiting to return. Students’ schools will discuss whether online learning will be provided at the host school or at a temporary transfer school depending on school availability and to ensure ongoing educational continuity. 

Deferring or temporarily suspending enrolment and withdrawing

Students who are unable to travel to Victoria for onsite classes in early Term 1, 2022 can apply to defer or temporarily suspend enrolment to Term 1, 2023 or withdraw. Please discuss deferring or temporarily suspending with an education agent as there are DHA age requirements and visa implications. Please choose an enrolment option by 24 December 2021. What you need to do

Travelling to Victoria for Term 1, 2022

Please tell us if you are planning to travel to Victoria for Term 1, 2022 onsite classes by emailing is.arrivals@education.vic.gov.au by 24 December 2021 and include the student’s full name and student ID number.  

NOT travelling to Victoria for Term 1, 2022

If you are not planning to travel to Victoria for Term 1, 2022 onsite classes, please apply by 24 December 2021 to defer or temporarily suspend enrolment to Term 1, 2023 or withdraw, see: Student enrolment options.
