    这位学生性格偏内向,本科是上海外国语大学,文科专业相对较为优势的本科院校,但是对于本科专业 并没有太多可圈可点的教育背景。

    但是从学生刚进入大学开始,父母就有非常强烈的意识,让孩子做留学“早起鸟”。除了能留给S学 生更多的时间来准备TOEFL和GMAT考试、可以合理的规划考试时间和刷分计划以外,软件背景这块也 是做足了功课。

    一方面,学生大一暑假就参加了我们的商科项目H计划,对整个金融领域各行业做了全面的了解,也 慢慢对自己未来的职业规划有了初步而略为明确的概念,并且跟项目里的同学们很快打成了一片,小 伙伴们一起学习,一起成长。凭借H项目的经历,这位学生在大三那年打败众多竞争对手,赢取了麦肯锡 的实习机会,并得到了部门领导一致的好评及认可。

    另一方面,为了更真实的了解到海外院校的教育模式,学生大二暑假听取了前途顾问老师的建议,参 加了加州大学伯克利分校的暑期交流生项目,也结交了一些朋友,提前适应了美国的学习和生活,为 未来的研究生留学计划打下了良好的基础。并且,由于良好的语言环境,这位学生回国之后再刷托福, 直奔104的好成绩。

    结合这位学生本身的经历,在文书写作过程中,文书老师有意识地挖掘这位学生作为一个外向的合作性team member以及一个懂得人文关怀的leader两方面的成就。

    可以说,这位学生能够斩获美国西北大学的offer不是“意外”,而是有意识有计划的准备,将自己 的实力提升到最佳水平之后实打实的胜利。
